            Inflatable Bouncers  Operating Procedures
                         

 

      

   Each Customer should read and understand the following instructions                                               To ensure this high level of safety we must insist that you strictly adhere to a few simple safety rules. 

 

 

1.  The ride should only be used when there is a responsible adult  present.

 "Extra caution should be used with children under 3 years of age.".

2. All riders must remove their shoes, glasses, jewelry and any and all sharp objects.

3.  not operate Ride if wind exceeds 25 mph or in rain, lightning conditions or snow.  

 

 

4. Keep the inflatable unit away from swimming pools or lakes at all times.

 

 

5. No food, drink, gum, animals, wet face/body paint , or Silly String  in or around the inflatable unit.

6. No climbing or hanging on the safety netting.                                                                                                 No flips, wrestling, or extreme horseplay allowed on the inflatables.

 

 

7. Inflatable will be anchored to the ground at all times with stakes or sandbags and                               SHOULD NEVER BE REMOVED!

8. Riders should be sorted by size. Only riders of the same approximate size should be on                             the inflatable at the same time.   

 

 

 

9. Riders should be sorted by size. Riders of the same size should be allowed in the      

 

 

    ride at the same time. The rated capacity should never be exceeded.

                                                   Weather or Loss of Electrical Power:

The ride should not be used in high wind, rain or lightning conditions. In these conditions the ride should be evacuated, the blower turned off and covered, and the ride deflated. 

When a loss of power occurs the attendant should assist the riders out of the unit and allow the unit to deflate. check to see if the blowers have  come unplugged or the cords are unplugged from the outlet. If so, plug them back in and the ride will re-inflate.

If none of these the problems, Please contact Castle Event Rentals at ( 770 ) 717-7580 to check the problem. Do not leave the ride unattended.

                                                                          Damage                                                     

 If the inflatable is ripped , begins to lose air or becomes damaged for any reason, assist all riders from the inflatable and deflate it. Contact Contact Our company immediately (770) 717 7580.

Please do not to continue to operate the ride or attempt to repair the unit yourself.

How far will you deliver?
We cover All of Gwinnett Area & surrounding  Cities.

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, but remember compared with other companies our Delivery Fees are very reasonable! 
& are based on city and-or by Zip code.

Who will set up the Tables and Chairs?
Customer, We just deliver to your door 1st floor                                                                                           I
f request ,we can set-up and take down for a fee of $2.00 per table and $1.00 per chair.

Who will set up the Tents and inflatables? We do. One of Our experienced Staff members                will set up and take down.

Can the unit be set up on pavement? Yes. We use sandbags or  Weights for securing the                unit in this case.

Can You set up the Bouncer next to our pool, or down near our lake?
Sorry, we can not set up near any standing water of any size. We must also take into consideration other obstacles like overhead wires, branches, decks, children's play structures, etc. 

What if it rains during our event?
Inmediatly You should turn off Blower and  put  Blower in safe place until it clears off, to avoid electrical injury & Mildew to Moonwalks and other rentals.

Pricing
All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Prices shown here are for a one day rental.
Special rates are available for longer periods when arrangements are made in advance.
All prices are subject to change without notice, (We charge 6% Sales Tax).

 

Reservation Procedure

We strongly recommend reserving items for your party in advance to avoid disappointment especially during spring & summer months. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, on orders of $ 299.oo or more in order to secure a rental. The balance will be due the day & time of delivery .

Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to the delivery date. 
 If a reservation is cancelled prior the 7 days there is a 50% cancellation fee.We reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. You will not be charged if We cancel due to weather.

There will be no refunds or reductions in price due to foul weather once the unit is set up on location.

Delivery

We Deliver directly to your Door or dock- "first floor" . There will be additional charges for other than first floor  deliveries. Chairs and tables will be delivered stacked. They must be stacked for pickup.                           Delivery charges are based on city-zip code.

 

Set up/Take Down Services
Set up and take down service is available at an additional cost. 
 It is $2.00 per table and $1.00 per chair. All tables and chairs are delivered stacked and to be picked up stacked unless prior arrangements have been made with our company.

 

Loss or Damage of Rental Equipment

All broken, burned, damaged, excessively soiled or lost items are charged in addition to accrued rental.

Customer has the responsibility of items and equipment. Broken, burned, excessively soiled, Loss or Damage resulting from Theft or Vandalism , as stated on the Rental contract.

No equipment may be taken apart or moved to another address, unless Castle Event Rentals, Inc. gives specific consent. Please make sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. 

"Please do not Staple into tables and remove any tape used. "

Our item counts must be accepted unless we are notified Immediately. "No Credit 'will be given for unused equipment unless it is returned with our delivery staff or returned by the customer prior to the start of the event.
